Soln: indiarailinfo.com - In this site, if you specify station names, they get you the updated current location, expected arrival time in next station, etc with Map, Table,etc. You can also get the current location from your parents and can post it in this site. This will be helpful for others too.
www.erail.in - This site also does that.
indianrailways.gov.in - If you click on "train enquiry" link in this site, it will take you to another site www.trainenquiry.com where you can get the details by specifying train number, name, station, date, etc.
